I'm a Game / Narrative Designer and artist based in Berlin, Germany, currently in employment as a Game Designer for King. I was recently employed at Daedalic Entertainment, acting as Assistant Creative Lead and Narrative Designer on “Ken Follett’s: The Pillars of the Earth”. I hold a B.Sc in Game Design from M.DH Düsseldorf and my thesis has been published as “Fantasies of Disempowerment: The Lure and Value of Voluntary Power Loss in Single-Player Video Games”. In 2015 my German-language radio play "On the internet, nobody knows you're a fungus" was nominated for the LfM Bürgermedienpreis (local radio award). I also give talks on game and narrative design at conferences and universities from time to time.
